These are two different kinds of problems. The first set you need to find the percent of a number. For most of them it's probably easier to use multiplication by the decimal value of the percent.

For the second set, you're back to proportions. Part to Whole, Part to Whole. Remember that 100 is always in there as one of the "Wholes."
