MAKE SURE TO SET UP A PROPORTION BEFORE FINDING YOUR ANSWER. THE PROPORTION IS THE REASON FOR THE ASSIGNMENT!!!!

Please use a calculator. Some of you are doing both. While I admire your devotion to math, I'm afraid that the work will take so long that you'll lose focus, or won't finish the assignment. If you finish the whole thing doing both, that is a bonus, and that's great. Maybe you could do the whole assignment with a calculator first, then go back and do the extra calculations if you wish. You need practice with both manual calculations, and using a calculator.
